The Barn at Powers Wedding
Times are much different than they were a year ago. Planning your wedding now has strict numbers in place for safety measures, and venues are under tight rules. But nothing, not even COVID-19 can stop you from marrying the love of your life.
Anna and Nick, alike many other engaged couples, planned a large wedding with their entire family and all of their friends. When the mandate of 50 people or less for large gatherings set in place, they chose the venue, The Barn at Powers. The barn was gorgeous, all decked out in Holiday décor. What's really amazing about having an intimate wedding, is they could have it at a local restaurant they have their weekly date night at. Anna and Nick were so comfortable because they knew the entire staff, who were very helpful and friendly. The newlyweds actually spent time together on their wedding day because they weren't consumed by 200 guests.
As nice as it is to have every single person you know at your wedding to celebrate with, it's a really unique time to have an important gathering. Though we mourn the large weddings you once had planned, we love being able to witness every little interaction, and all of the in between moments you wouldn't necessarily have time for during a large wedding.
